Privacy policy – GDPR
When you become a SprogNet customer, we enter your contact information (company name, contact person, address, telephone number, e-mail address, VAT number and other relevant data) in an administrative database that is used exclusively for invoicing and for contact in connection with ongoing projects. We do not use this data for marketing purposes of any kind and we do not share the information with any third parties.
If you wish, you can at any time find out exactly what data we have stored about your company by writing tosprognet@sprognet.dk. You can at any time have us remove your contact information from our database completely. Send your request for this to sprognet@sprognet.dk. When you send us documents for us to quote for translation services, we will store these documents on company-protected data media until you have either approved or rejected the quote. In the event that you reject the quote, we will immediately and permanently delete the sent documents from our data media. If you accept the offer, we will store the documents and the corresponding translations/translation memories for 7 years. This is primarily so that you can benefit from the price and time advantages of subsequent translation jobs. You can have us completely remove your documents from our data media at any time. If you wish to obtain information about the type of backup and firewall/virus protection we use, you can do so at any time by sending an email to sprognet@sprognet.dk.
